2 Cups Dry White Wine
1 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 1/4 Cups Dry Mustard (about 4 Oz)
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Wesson Oil
2 Teaspoons Salt
3 Dashes Bottled Liquid Hot Red Pepper SauceRecipe
Combine first three ingredients. Microwave on High power 4 to 5 minutes or until boiling. Boil 5 minutes on High power. Let mixture cool (this brings out the maximum flavor).
Put dry mustard in a 4-cup glass measure. Strain wine mixture into the mustard; blend with a wire whisk. Blend in rest of ingredients and microwave on High power 4 minutes, or until boiling. Whisk. Boil 5 minutes, whisking midway through cooking.
Pour into glass jars and chill at least 2 days to blend flavors.
