    1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)
    2/3 Cup Chopped Dates
    2/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
    2 Tablespoons Milk
    4 Tablespoons Margarine, melted
    1 1/4 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
    2 Tablespoons Sugar
    1 Cup Whipping Cream (½ pint)

    Pour sweetened condensed milk into a 2-quart glass measure. Stirring after every 2 minutes, microwave on MEDIUM 12 to 18 minutes, or until mixture is caramel color. Stir in dates, pecans and milk; cool. Refrigerate 1 hour.

    Meanwhile, make pie crust by combining the melted margarine, crumbs and sugar in a bowl; stir well. Press crumb mixture onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch microwave-safe pie plate. Rotating plate midway through cooking, microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Cool.

    Whip cream until it holds soft peaks. Fold into caramel mixture. Pour into cooled crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.

    YIELD: 6 servings
