    1 Pkg. Fudge-filled Keebler Fudge Cookies (15 oz.)
    ½ Stick (4 Tablespoons) Butter, melted
    1 Pkg. Semisweet Chocolate Chips (12 oz.) melted
    4 Eggs, separated (reserve 3 whites)
    2 Eggs
    3 Cups Whipping Cream, divided
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla, Rum, or Kahlua Liqueur
    Chocolate Shavings

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop cookies in blender. Add butter and mix well. Press mixture on bottom of 10-inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.

    Beat egg yolks and whole eggs together slowly; add to melted chocolate. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff peaks form (use remaining egg white for another recipe, or discard). Whip 2 cups of the cream; add flavoring. Fold together the beaten egg whites, whipped cream and chocolate mixture. Pour into the crust. Whip remaining cream and spread over pie.

    Garnish with chocolate shavings and refrigerate.

    Yield: 10 to 12 servings
