    List of Ingredients




    1 9 Inch Baked Pastry Shell or Graham Cracker Crumb Crust
    3 Egg Yolks
    1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)
    ½ Cup ReaLemon Lemon Juice
    Yellow Food Coloring, optional
    Whipping Cream or Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon lemon juice and food coloring, if desired. Pour into prepared pastry shell or Graham cracker crumb crust; bake 30 minutes.

    Cool, chill, and spread with whipped cream. Garnish as desired.

    Refrigerate leftovers.
