    1 Cup Plain Yogurt, or sour cream
    1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    Mayonnaise
    2 Egg Yolks
    3/4 Cup Olive Oil, up to 1 cup
    2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
    1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
    1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper
    6 Tablespoons Garlic Juice
    2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning

    Make the mayonnaise: With an electric mixer, beat the egg yolks until slightly thick. Beat in mustard, pepper, garlic juice, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice. On high speed, beat in oil 1 teaspoon at a time. Count to 30. Add another teaspoon of oil. Continue adding 1 teaspoon oil at 30 second intervals until you have 1/2 cup oil remaining. Add more oil in tablespoons in the same manner until you have 1/4 cup oil remaining. The remaining oil can be added by pouring it in slowly while continuing to beat on high. The slow addition of oil is critical to making mayonnaise.

    When done, add the Parmesean cheese yogurt yogurt. Put in a container & refrigerate.

    Makes slightly more than a pint of salad dressing.

    When making the mayonnaise it will be very thin right up until the end. Don't panic, it will slowly thicken up and start to look like mayonnaise.
