2 Cups Water
2 Medium Potatoes, peeled and diced
1 Medium Onion, chopped
2 Carrots, scraped and chopped
1 Stalk Celery, chopped
� Teaspoon Salt
1 Can Minced Clams (6.5 oz) undrained
1 Cup Skim MilkRecipe
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add clams and milk, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
YIELD: 6 Cups
