Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

4 Large Russet Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 Envelope White Sauce Ix
1 1/3 Cups Milk
1 Teaspoon Caraway Seed
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika, to tasteRecipe
Alternate layers of potatoes and cheese in buttered shallow baking dish. Prepare white sauce mix according to package directions, using milk, caraway seed, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
