Recipe Introduction
This recipe was actually a mistake, but turned out to be one of my families favorites. I am allergic to shellfish, so I have to rely on my friends and family as to the taste. So far it's been four stars every time!!
List of Ingredients
2 pounds peeled and deveined large shrimp (21-25 count)
1 small bottle "WISHBONE ROBUSTO ITALIAN" dressing
3/4 cup grated parmesanRecipe
Place shrimp and dressing in a large pot. Stir well to coat all shrimp. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.
Place pot with shrimp and dressing on stove and cook on medium heat until shrimp is done. Remove from heat and add parmesan cheese. Mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
