    Cheesy Bacon Rolls

    I made up this recipe for unexpected company. They are always included in my appetizer menu.


    List of Ingredients


    • ! lb. bacon, strips cut in half
    • 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
    • 1 loaf very fresh bread, crust removed and cut in half
    • toothpicks


    Instructions


    1. Place 1 peice of bread on 1 strip of bacon, Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up--jelly roll style from bottom. Secure with toothpick. Place on cookie sheet. Continue until bacon is used.
    2. Bake in a 350 degree oven until bacon is crisp. Do not Underbake.
