1/2 cup cold water
1 1/3 cups low fat dry milk
1/2 cup splenda Recipe
Place 1/2 cup cold water in a 2 cup glass measuring cup. Stir in 1-1/3 cups non-fat dry milk powder until mixture makes a smooth paste. Cover and microwave on High 45 to 60 seconds or until mixture is very hot, but not to the boiling point. Stir in 1/2 cup Splenda! Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before using. Will store up to two weeks in refrigerator. Use in any recipe that calls for sweetened condensed milk.
