    12 servings/3 POINTS per serving

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg beef ramen noodles
    1 lg Dole coleslaw mix
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup sliced almonds

    dressing
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 pk ramen flavoring
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 cup sugar

    Recipe



    Break noodles into pieces and mix with the coleslaw, sunflower seeds, onions and almonds. Combine ingredients for dressing in a shaker container. Mix dressing well, and pour over salad shortly before serving.
