    List of Ingredients




    1 medium onion(s) chopped
    1 medium sweet red pepper(s) chopped
    1/2 cup polenta cooked and kept hot
    2 1/2 oz cooked lean beef steak cut into strips
    2 Tbsp salsa
    1 oz fat-free soy cheese
    2 cup mixed greens
    1 Tbsp fat-free Italian salad dressing

    Recipe



    Preheat broiler. Season onion and pepper to taste and broil until tender. Remove from broiler and set oven temperature to 350°F. Spread polenta on a small baking pan and place onion, pepper, beef, salsa and cheese on top. Bake until heated through and cheese is bubbly. Serve with salad tossed with dressing.
