    Cup Sour Cream

    8 oz. softened cream cheese, softened

    1 regular size can of refried beans

    1/2 packet of enchilada seasoning

    about 20 dashes of Tabasco sauce (HOT!!!) (optional)

    Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses (about 1-1 1/2 Cups total)

    Blend sour cream, cream cheese, refried beans, enchilada seasoning &
    Tabasco sauce in a medium-sized casserole dish. Cover with

    the Montery Jack and Cheddar cheeses and bake in a 350 degree oven for
    about 20 minutes, until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
