    2 pks frozen chopped spinach
    2 c herb stuffing mix
    5 beaten eggs
    3/4 c butter
    1/2 c parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp garlic
    1/2 tsp tyme
    1/2 tbsp pepper
    1 tbsp mayonaise

    Recipe



    Cook and drain spinach. Mix all ingredients well. Shape into small
    balls
    and bake 250 on lightly greased pan for 20 minutes.

    May be frozen before cooking.
