    You can cook rice in milk, simmer for 1/5 hour or so, add
    cinnamon to taste, drain the rice, cool, pour over ice and
    enjoy.

    Also, for a warm treat, if you just leave the rice in you
    can eat it warm like oatmeal with cinnamon and sugar. This
    is pretty good.
