Cook brown rice in way to much water (basmati is fine, but
it really changes the flavour) and then let it cool.
Filter out the water.
Take the water and put it in a blender with a) almonds
(about 4 cups rice water to 1 cup almonds) or b) carob
(not sure of the proportions. Blend and blend at the
fastest speed until the carob or almonds are completly
mixed in. optional Add salt to taste.
