    1 egg
    2 c. BLM
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    (about 2)
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil or melted butter

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms of 12 muffin cups.
    Beat egg slightly; stir in remaining ingredients just until
    moistened. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake until
    golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes.
    this is good with spices and rum extract or blacke walnut
