    1/4 c. cold butter or
    margarine
    2 1/2 c. BLM
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 425 F degrees. Cut cold butter into 1/4 cubes;
    toss with BLM until coated. Beat milk and egg together. Stir

    into butter mixture. Turn dough onto board dusted with
    flour.
    Fold and knead dough about 4 times. Roll into rectangle.
    Spread with soft 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix sugar and
    cinnamon together. Sprinkle on dough. (Optional: walnuts
    and raisins.) Roll dough up tightly. Pinch edges together.
    Slice
    into 14 pieces. Place cut side down in greased 9 x 12-inch
    square pan. Bake 15 minutes or until golden. Cool 15
    minutes.
    Drizzle with glaze.
    Glaze: Mix 1 cup powdered sugar with 1 tablespoon milk
    until smooth.
