    90 MINUTE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

    1 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. fairly warm water
    1 c. instant powdered milk
    8 c. whole wheat flour

    Recipe



    Mix warm water, yeast and brown sugar and let stand five
    minutes. Mix oil, honey, salt, 3 cups fairly warm water and
    powdered milk. Add yeast mixture to second mixture. Add
    whole
    wheat flour; stir well. Grease 3 (46 ounce) juice cans
    (empty
    with one end removed). Divide batter evenly into cans. Place

    cans standing up in oven. Turn on to 350 degrees for one
    minute.
    Turn off. Let rise in oven for 15 minutes. Turn oven on to
    350 degrees and bake 50 minutes. Remove bread from oven;
    cool 10
    minutes before turning out onto rack. Can be doubled.
