    Corn and Sausage Casserole

    1 1/2 lb Bulk sausage
    1 cn Cream corn
    1 cn Whole kernel corn
    2 tb Flour
    1/4 c Milk
    2 tb Sugar
    3 ea Eggs, beaten
    1/2 ea Stick butter, melted
    12 ea Crushed ritz crackers

    Recipe



    Break up sausage and cook until brown.

    Drain well; beat eggs.

    Add sausage, corn, sugar, flour, milk,
    and dash of pepper.

    Mix well; pour into casserole dish.

    Sprinkle crackers and butter on top
    and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to
    45 minutes.
