    BAKED BURGERS WITH POTATOES

    List of Ingredients




    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    4 or 5 potatoes, baked or
    boiled
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. tomato juice
    6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs

    Mix ground chuck, powdered milk, salt, pepper and egg
    with bread crumbs. Form in 6 large patties, brown in
    skillet.
    Remove excess grease, put patties in rectangular baking
    dish.
    Cut potatoes in half and place around patties. Place rings
    of
    onion and green pepper on top of each patty. Mix mustard and

    Worcestershire sauce with tomato juice, pour around meat
    patties and potatoes; cover with foil and bake at 350
    degrees for 30
    minutes. Remove foil and put tablespoon of cheese on top of
    each patty, place under broiler for 5 minutes before serving
