    List of Ingredients




    6 med size potatos I use russet or any all purpose potato
    1/2 loaf of bread, white, wheat or rolls even day old will work
    1 medimum onion
    2-3 cups gravy mix
    8 oz shredded cheese
    1/2 pd deli ham or cooked pork
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Cook potato and mash well.

    Add bread breaking up to small pieces, onion, ham and cheese.

    Let set overnight (optional)

    Next day Cook gravy mix.

    Add to potato mixture depending on preference of consistency.

    Bake 1 hr in oven at 325°.

    Add whatever you have leftover if you like peas add that.
