    3/4 to 1 lb. ham
    4 hard cooked eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 T. flour
    1/2 t. salt
    2 1/2 T. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. bread crumbs

    Recipe



    Cook ham until tender; cut from
    bone. Put through grinder, using
    coarse knife. Slice eggs crosswise.
    Make white sauce of milk, flour, salt
    and 1 1/2 T. butter. Add remaining
    melted butter to bread crumbs; mix.
    Grease baking dish; cover bottom
    with thin layer of buttered crumbs.
    Fill dish with alternate layers of
    ham, eggs and sauce; cover with
    buttered crumbs. Bake at 425° until
    heated through, 12 min. Makes 6
    servings.
