    1 pkg. (7 oz.) macaroni shells
    1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) pasteurized process cheese spread
    1 med. stalk celery, chopped (1/2 c.)
    2 cans (6 1/2 oz. ea.) tuna, drained
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cr. of chicken or cr. of shrimp soup
    2/3 c. milk
    1 jar (2 oz.) sliced pimiento, drained
    1 t. lemon juice

    Recipe



    Cook macaroni; drain. Spread in greased
    2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle with onion. Cut
    enough cheese into 1/2" cubes to measure
    1 c.; reserve remaining cheese for topping.
    Mix cheese cubes and the remaining
    ingredients; stir into macaroni. Cover and
    cook in 375° oven 35 min. Cut reserved
    cheese into thin slices; place slices on
    macaroni mixture. Uncover and cook 5 min.
    longer. Makes 6 servings.
