    CREAM FILLED DOUGHNUTS

    List of Ingredients




    8 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. soft margarine
    4 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    4 eggs, beaten

    Recipe



    Mix like bread. Let raise until double in size. Roll
    to 1/2-inch thick. Cut doughnuts with round cutter or glass
    dipped in flour and let raise about 30 minutes. Fry in deep
    fryer at 370 degrees. Drain on absorbent paper. Punch hold
    in side
    of doughnut while hot.

    Filling:
    4 egg whites
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 jar marshmallow cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Beat until light and fluffy. Put inside doughnut
    through hole.
