    Easy Make Ahead Spaghetti Casserole

    Serves 4 to 6

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    2 T. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (11 oz)
    1 can tomato soup (11 oz)
    1 soup can water
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 t. salt
    1 T. oil
    3 quarts boiling water
    8 oz. spaghetti
    1 cup shredded sharp process cheese

    Recipe



    In large skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper in butter until
    meat is
    lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Stir often to separate meat.
    Add
    soups, water and garlic. Heat and set aside. Add salt and oil to
    rapidly boiling
    water. Gradually add spaghetti so that water continues to boil. Cook,
    uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes. Drain in colander. In
    a 3 quart
    casserole, combine spaghetti, meat mixture and 1/2 cup cheese, top with
    remaining
    cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6
