    2 lbs. stew meat
    1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup 7-Up
    Salt and pepper
    Noodles or rice

    Recipe



    Roll stew meat in onion soup mix and place in casserole dish.

    Mix cream of mushroom soup and 7-Up; pour over meat. Cover with foil
    and bake at 275 degrees for 4 hours.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
