3 pounds round steak
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
3/4 of a package of dry onion soup mix
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup flour


Recipe



Cut the round steak into serving size. Sprinkle the meat with the
garlic
powder and pepper. Place the meat in the crock pot. In a small bowl
combine
the onion, mushroom soup, soup mix and water. Mix well. Pour the
mixture
over the meat. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. When done,
remove the
meat. For each cup of liquid, add 2- tablespoons of flour, up to
1/4-cup.
Whisk until smooth, and cook until thick, approximately 4 minutes.
