    PERSON
    LARGE CORNED BEEF HASH PATTIES TOPPED WITH EASY OVER EGGS
    1 cup of corned beef hash made into patties and topped with
    an easyover egg. One per person. this gives each person a
    meat protein and veggie.
    ORANGE JUICE
    6 ounces per person
    TOASTED BAGEL HALVES
    1-2 halves per person served with cream cheese
    MANGO SLICES
    1/2 cup per person
    EARL GRAY DECAF TEA
    WATER
    +++++++++++
    LUNCH/DINNER....$1.50 FOR 3 ADULTS OR 50 CENTS PER PERSON
    GARLIC HAM/ BROTH/BARLEY/CABBAGE/POTATO SOUP
    12 ounces per person
    BLTC TOASTED CLUB SANDWICHES
    This is a bacon/lettuce/tomato/melted white cheeseon toast
    sandwich .Use three slices of bread per sandwhich and stack.
    I can just have half the bread being a diabetic.
    CANTALOUPE JULIUS
    Making this off the cuff with fructose, cornstarch, real
    vanilla extract, frozen cantaloupe cubes, what is lef tof
    some evaporated canned milk in freezer and crushed ice.
    WATER
    ICE CREAM SERVED ON POUND CAKE SLICES
    We have pound cakes in fridge that need used up. They were
    frozen.

    DINNER/SUPPER...GRAND TOTAL ....$2.50 0R 85 CENTS PER PERSON

    CHICKEN ALA KING OVER WAFFLES
    1 1/2 cups of the chicken pickin packets
    1 1/2 cup frozen peas
    1 can drained mushrooms
    sauce:
    1 1/3 cups instant powdered milk
    6-8 tablespoons flour
    3 2/3 cups water [I am using th eliquid from mushrooms as
    part of water]
    in a blender, liquify sauce ingredients and pour into a pan.

    Stirring constantly bring toa boil over medium heat. Reduce
    heat to low immediately and continue stirring constantly
    until it begins to thicken,add rest of ingredients to
    heated. Serve over waffles.
    Waffles:
    SUNDAY WAFFLES
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings or vegetable oil

    Sift together dry ingredients. Set aside. Separate
    eggs, beat whites until stiff. Add 2 egg yolks and 2 cups
    milk
    to dry ingredients and mix well. Gently fold in bacon drip-
    pings and beaten egg whites. Bake in preheated waffle iron.
    Leftover waffles can be frozen and reheated in toaster.
    Yields
    6 waffles.
    MANGO AND BANANA CUP
    1/2 cup per person
    TOMATO /CUCUMBER SALAD
    2/3 cup per person
    RED ZINGER ICE TEA OVER CRUSHED CRANBERRY CUBES
    TOASTED POUNDCAKE SLICES TOPPED WITH RASPBERRY WHIPPED CREAM
    [HOMEMADE] AND SEMI- DEFROSTED SWEETNED RASPBERRIES.
    1 slice per person
