and whip whites until stiff set aside,
mix other ingredients and fold in stiff egg whites. This
makes the waffles crisp.
Bake in waffle maker.
1 /2 cup spiced apple filling or escalloped apple mixed with
apple pie spice. My scalloped apples were about 16 cents a
pound.

note from jo: talk about money savings...wraps can go from
$2.99 to $3.99 and up in deli section.
This is using the picked over cooked chicken packets from
freezer and mixing with "ENCORE" egg salad from yesterday,
spreading on homemade whole wheat tortilla plus leaf
luttuce and slice of frozen tomato [thawed] ...and
condiments of choice. Then rolling the "WRAP" and cutting
in half on a slight angle. Please remember ,tortillas do not
half to be round, you could make this oblong and roll and
slice,so you have pinwheels.
I cook tortilla in cast iron skillet...no oil until lighty
brown and very flexible.

5-6 cups cooked rice
12 ounces cooked ground beef
1-1/2 quarts stewed tomatoes mixed with 3 tablespoons flour
bell pepper rings
1 ounce grated cheddar cheese
mix all but cheese and peppers and put into oiled baking
dish,
Take bell peppers rings and arrange attractively on top of
rice ,pushing them into rice mixture abit .so even with
rice, Then sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in 350F degree oven until hot and bubbly...serve.
We were going to have stuffed zuchunni for dinner but the
zucchuni is tough and yucky, must take back.
