    1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
    1 cup regular uncooked white rice
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 (10-3/4 oz) can beef consomme
    1 (10-3/4 oz) can French Onion soup

    Recipe



    Melt butter in 2 qt. baking dish. Add other ingredients. Cover and bake
    for
