    2 egg yolks, well beaten
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup cream style corn
    1 1/4 cups flour, sifted
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

    Recipe



    Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Add milk and corn.
    Sift dry ingredients together and stir into egg mixture. Fold in egg
    whites. Set heat to 400 degrees and heat oil. Drop mixture by
    teaspoonfuls into hot oil and fry 4 to 5 minutes or until golden
    brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with syrup.
