When I buy a bunch of cilantro or Italian Flat Leaf Parsley at the
super, I
bring it home cut a little off the bottom stems and remove rubber band
and
place in a large plastic cup from the baseball game filled with water.
I keep in
the refrigerator and the cilantro or Flat Leaf Parsley lasts a long
time. I
just take out a few pieces as I need when cooking.
