    List of Ingredients

In the May 31 issue I saw a note about egg savings and had to
respond. Soy flour is a substitute for eggs. Use 1 heaping
tablespoon for each egg, and add approximately 1 tablespoon of
water. Soy flour can be purchased from my local health food
store for about $0.15 per 100 grams. A dollar's worth lasts me
about six months and I use it for just about everything that
    requires eggs.
