    Ingredients:
    6-2 oz. boneless, skinless chicken tenders
    2 cups Italian bread crumbs
    Amogio Sauce:
    1 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup liquid butter
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    1 clove chopped garlic
    salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, parsley to taste

    Directions:
    Chicken:
    Marinade raw chicken in 1/2 the Amogio.
    1. Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
    2. Remove, lightly bread chicken, roll into ball and skewer three pieces on a skewer.
    3. Grill until chicken is done, about 20 minutes.
    Sauce:
    1. Combine all ingredients then separate into two bowls.
    2. Plan to use ½ to marinade on the chicken and ½ to spoon over the chicken after it is cooked.
