    10 skinned and boneless chicken breasts (pounded and butterflied)

    Dip in mixture:
    1 ½ cups of melted butter
    3 cloves of garlic
    2 ½ tablespoons of Dijon mustard
    1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

    List of Ingredients




    Coat chicken in the following mixture after it has been dipped in the above:

    4 cups of English muffin crumbs
    1 ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
    1/3-cup fresh parsley
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Roll chicken up like a pinwheel. If you have extra sauce, pour it over the chicken before baking. Bake at 350 in a broiler pan (uncovered) for 40 minutes.
