    3 cups cooked boiled potatoes, cubed
    2 cups cooked chopped corned beef
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    about 1/2 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    Dash of pepper
    3 to 4 tablespoons butter or margarine

    Recipe



    Combine potatoes, corned beef and onions; add enough of the milk to moisten and the salt and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet. Spread beef mixture evenly in pan and cook over low heat about 20 minutes or until well browned on bottom. Turn in sections with spatula and brown other side.

    Makes 4 servings.
