    Steak a la Henry Bain

    List of Ingredients

    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
    1 (10 oz.) bottle A-1 steak sauce
    1 (10 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1 (17 oz.) bottle chutney, finely chopped or put through blender
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    3 to 4 pounds sirloin steak

    Recipe

    Combine first six ingredients and mix well. This makes enough sauce for several "cookings"; it stores well in the refrigerator and is better after the flavors have had time to blend.

    Put steak in a hinged basked on grill over low heat; baste with sauce as meat cooks.

    Yield: 1 quart sauce; steak to serve 8.
