    Teriyaki Steak with Pineapple Salsa

    Marinade:

    1 Cup real butter, melted
    2 Cups soy sauce
    2 tsp minced garlic
    3 to 4 tbs brown sugar
    1 to 2 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp seasoning salt

    3 to 4 lbs. sirloin steak (or your favorite cut)

    Pierce steak with fork on both sides. Place marinade in a shallow dish and put steaks in marinade. Cover and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours. Remove and turn to other side. Marinate for 4 more hours.

    While steak is marinating, prepare salsa.

    2 Cups fresh chopped pineapple
    3 to 4 fresh jalapenos, seeded and chopped
    1 small purple onion, finely chopped
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.

    Grill the steaks to your preference and serve with the salsa.
