    Teresa's Breakfast Potatoes

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 cup minced garlic
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 red bell pepper chopped
    1 white or red onion, chopped
    5 large potatoes, peeled and diced small (about 1/2" inch chunks)

    Recipe

    Melt butter in an electric skillet. Add garlic, bell peppers, and onion, and saute' about five minutes. Add potatoes, and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, or until potatoes are tender.
