    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1 lb. can kidney beans, rinsed, drained
    1 15 oz. can enchilada sauce
    1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 tblsp. instant minced onion
    1 cup corn chips
    2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Add next five ingredients and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until bubbly. Spread with sour cream and remaining cheese. Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer until cheese melts.

    Yield: 6 servings
