Polynesian Meat Rolls

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tblsp. soy sauce
1 pint beef broth
1 6 oz. can sweet and sour sauceRecipe
Combine first 10 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Shape into serving size rolls. Arrange in single layer in shallow casserole. Pour broth over rolls. Bake, covered, at 350 deg. for 1 1/2 hours. Spoon sweet and sour sauce over each roll. Bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes longer.
