Cajun Burgers

List of Ingredients
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
6 green onions, thinly sliced
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 egg
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 tbps. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 lb. ground beef
8 hamburger buns, split

In a bowl, combine the first 16 ingredients. Add beef and mix well. Shape into eight patties. Pan-fry, grill or broil until no longer pink. Serve on buns with desired condiments.
