    List of Ingredients




    2 tbsp. butter
    1/3 cup flour
    1 3/4 cup water
    1/2 cup apple cider
    1/2 cup apple jelly

    Recipe



    Melt butter. Add flour; blend. Add water; stir and bring to a boil. Add cider and jelly. Stir and bring to a boil.

    Serve with ham.

    Makes approximately 2 cups
