Voodoo Barbecue Sauce

List of Ingredients
4 cups (32 oz.) ketchup
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup Tabasco sauce or other pepper sauce (or less to taste)
1/2 cup Creole or Dijon-type mustard
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbps. minced garlic
3/4 cup Voodoo or other dark beerRecipe
Whisk all the ingredients together and place in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate for at least 1 day before using. Recipe by Daniel Landry of New Orleans, Louisiana.
