Spicy Tomato Bouillon

List of Ingredients
1 can (18 oz.) tomato juice
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tblsp. mixed pickling spices
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed beef consomme'
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 cup heavy cream, whippedRecipe
Heat together tomato juice, onion and pickling spices. Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Strain. Combine tomato mixture with consomme'; heat thoroughly. Beat curry powder into whipped cream with final few strokes of beating. To serve, pour tomato-consomme' into bowls and top with curry whipped cream.
