Tabasco Potatoes

List of Ingredients
12 medium new potatoes cut into bite sized pieces
1/4 cup Tabasco (or other commercial hot sauce)
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 onion, finely chopped Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Toss to coat thoroughly. Cover & microwave until the potatoes are almost done. Heat gas grill. Pour potatoes into a grill wok or grill skillet (one with holes in it). Cook until potatoes are browned and done.
