    Surprise Cupcakes

    Set oven at 350 degrees.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 c. flour
    • 2 c. sugar
    • 1/2 c. cocoa
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2/3 c. oil
    • 2 tsp. soda
    • 2 c. water
    • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    • 2 tsp. vanilla
    • Filling:
    • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,softened
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 c. sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1(6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. Cake: Sift dry ingredients. Add all liquid and mix till smooth.Fill cupcakepas 2/3 full.
    2. Top with a heaping tsp. of filling.Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

    4. Combine all except chips.Beat until smooth.Add chips.
