Recipe Introduction
A normal serving is two halves of an English muffin, assembled as directed below.
List of Ingredients
English Muffins - 1 for each person (2 halves)
Canadian Bacon slices or Ham slices for each 1/2 muffin
Eggs - one poached egg for each 1/2 muffin
SAUCE (makes enough for 6 halves, or 3 servings):
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice (or to suit taste)
1 teaspoon prepared mustard (or to suit taste)Recipe
Mix ingredients for sauce and heat through. Poach eggs, toast English Muffins, heat meat. Assemble by buttering toasted muffin halves, add Canadian Bacon or Ham slices on each half muffin, add poached egg on each 1/2 muffin, put sauce on assembled muffins, and sprinkle Paprika on top.
