    Chicken Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    chicken breasts, cut up
    chicken broth
    green pepper, diced
    celery, diced
    onion, diced
    1-6 oz pkg long grain and wild rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/2 bag shredded cheddar cheese
    parmesan cheese

    Recipe

    Cook chicken then cool. Cook peppers, celery and onion in chicken broth.
    Cook rice. Cook rice for 40 minutes and add cooked chicken and vegetables.
    Add soup and cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350* for 1 hour.

    NOTE: Can be made ahead. Refrigerate or freeze. Before baking, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    If frozen, add more time.
